Why Flowthings ?
Flowthings was built on an idea, that we wanted a versatile tool that could be adapted to the needs of the team instead of the team having to adapt their workflows to the tool. This is why the users will not see fixed issue types, priority or status types. We also wanted a tool that anyone could afford, regardless of size and budget without compromising the possibility to scale when needed.
We used Flowthings to build Flowthings
We were using another project management tool until we had the bare minimum features ready in Flowthings. We then switched to Flowthings. By doing so, we established a very fast feedback loop as the missing features quickly became an annoyance. Our professional experience with other tools on the market, enabled us to identify pain points, which were converted to new feature.

What is Flowthings ?
Flowthings is a highly configurable tool that through non-fixed issuetypes, priorities and statuses can be used for various applications. Using workspaces and projects you can tailor Flowthings to suit your workflows and SOPs.
Workspaces
When you have signed up for a Free Plan, the first thing you do is to create your workspace. This is the “container of all work you do in Flowthings and could be your entire organisation or a department (eg. IT).
Projects
A project contains members (users), workflow settings
Flows
Flows are the heart of Flowthings. A flow can be compared to an issue you know from other tools, but you are not limited to Epics, Features, User stories, Tasks etc, as you create your own in the Project Settings.
